CHARACTERIZATION OF MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS FROM WHITE ADIPOSE TISSUE OF Macaca fascicularis

نویسندگان

چکیده

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) derived from white adipose tissue are considered to be an appropriate therapeutic candidate for various human diseases due their natural ability maintain homeostasis. They have also been use as a alternative sufficient availability and ease of harvesting. MSC play important role in the process adipogenesis energy metabolism that is directly related pathogenesis degenerative metabolic syndromes. The purpose this study was obtain cultures biopsied three adult males Macaca fascicularis evaluate these qualitatively quantitatively regarding characteristics differentiate. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) used confirm expression mesenchymal cell-specific gene markers, specific growth medium differentiate into adipocytes, chondrocytes, osteocytes. results obtained showed culture M. WAT had fibroblast-like morphology with spindle shape. markers CD73, CD90 CD105, were expressed. able Based on results, found potential source MSC.

Isolation, Characterization and Differentiation of Rat Adipose Tissue Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells

Introduction:   Mesenchymal stem cells have the potential of self-renewal and differentiation into different cell types, including blood cells, heart, nerves and cartilage, and have unlimited power for division. These cells can be obtained from cord, before implantation from fertilized cells and also from various tissues of adults although the differentiation power and the ability to reproduce ...

Differentiation of Mesenchymal Stem Cells Derived From Human Adipose Tissue into Cholinergic-like Cells: In Vitro Study

Introduction: Cholinergic-associated diseases currently constitute a significant cause of neurological and neurodegenerative disabilities.  As the drugs are not efficient in improving the suffered tissues, stem cell treatment is considered an effective strategy for substituting the lost cells. Methods: In the current study, we set out to investigate the differentiation properties of human adip...

Mesenchymal Stem Cells Derived from Rat Epicardial Versus Epididymal Adipose Tissue

Objective(s) Some investigation has indicated that adipose-derived stem cells possess different surface epitopes and differentiation potential according to the localization of fat pad from which the cells were derived. In the present study proliferation capacity and aging of such cells were explored. Materials and Methods Adherent cells were isolated from the collagenase digests of adipose tiss...

Osteogenic Differentiation of Rat Mesenchymal Stem Cells from Adipose Tissue in Comparison with Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells: Melatonin As a Differentiation Factor

Background: Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC) could be an appealing alternative to bone marrow stem cells (BMSC) for engineering cell-based osteoinductive grafts. Meanwhile, prior studies have demonstrated that melatonin can stimulate osteogenic differentiation. Therefore, we assayed and compared the melatonin effect on osteogenic differentiation of BMSC with that of ADSC. Methods: Mesenchymal...
